Who am I?
For me, training isn't about saying what is right or wrong. Training is about helping people wake up to how they currently act and the impact it has, and then exploring what else they might like to do given the choice.

Making a different choice than you would normally takes bravery. That's why I focus on courage and using it in our conversations.
I have essentially grown up in Learning & Development, I started training about 2 months after I joined my first company, absolutely loved it and have done ever since. It's taken me to amazing places and allowed me to uncover the subjects I'm passionate about, namely, how do we communicate with others authentically and with impact.
I have been acting since I was 9 and the pairing of acting with training seemed inevitable. I could not only use acting to help people go through simulated experiences in the training room whilst I played various characters, but help them to understand their voices, their bodies and how to use them.
When I started doing improv in 2017, it felt obvious and exciting to bring that into training. It meant I could help people learn the vital skills you use in improv (saying ‘yes and’, supporting, being vulnerable and authentic, listening etc.) and translate those into success in the workplace. It's these improv tools with which I build my learning experiences now.
The bottom line is I absolutely love what I do, and I hope you do too!
